Privacy

The protection of your personal data is of particular importance to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the applicable legal provisions (GDPR, Telecommunications Act 2003). In this Privacy Policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing in connection with our website.

Contacting us

If you contact us via the contact form on our website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in the event of any follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data to third parties without your consent.

Data storage

We would like to point out that, for the purpose of facilitating the purchasing process and for subsequent contract processing, the website operator stores the IP data of the connection owner by means of cookies, as well as the name, address, telephone number, email address and credit card number and other data provided by the person responsible for payment.

In addition, personal data (name, address, date of birth, telephone number, etc.) of the recipient of the service is stored for the purpose of processing the contract. The data you provide is required for the fulfilment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude a contract with you.

Your data will not be transferred to third parties, with the exception of the transfer of credit card details to the banks/payment service providers responsible for processing the payment for the purchase, to our tax advisor for the fulfilment of our tax obligations, and to data service providers who ensure the operation of our database, IT and newsletter systems. We have concluded data processing agreements with these service providers in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

If the purchasing process is cancelled, the data stored by us will be deleted. In the event that a contract is concluded, all data arising from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the statutory tax retention period (7 years).

Data processing is carried out on the basis of the applicable legal provisions of Section 96 para. 3 TKG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a (consent) and/or lit. b (necessary for the fulfilment of the contract) GDPR.

Cookies

We use this data to make our services more user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They enable us to recognise your browser the next time you visit our website.

If you do not wish this to happen, you can configure your browser to notify you when cookies are being set and to allow them only on a case-by-case basis.

Deactivating cookies may limit the functionality of our website.

Social Media

Our website incorporates social media plug-ins, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube. These may transmit data to third parties. We have no influence over the cookies set by Facebook, Twitter, etc., nor do we have access to them.

Web Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies. The information generated by these cookies about your use of this website (including your IP address) is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity for the website operators and provide other services related to website and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law or where such third parties process the data on behalf of Google.

Google will under no circumstances associate your IP address with other data held by Google.

By using this website, you consent to the processing of data collected about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes described above.

You can also subscribe to our newsletter via our website. In our newsletters, we inform you about new developments relating to our products and/or services, as well as current and interesting information, insofar as such information is available and known to us, tailored to your interests and holiday preferences.
